Made to Order (on demand)
Most of the items on Fluxx Co (excluding stickers and notebooks) are made to order for each customer, with on-demand production (creating less waste than conventional manufacturing). We encourage our customers to reach out with any questions prior to purchase to minimize returns! We offer returns on damaged or incorrect product, please see the below section Damaged and Incorrect Products for more details. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@fluxx.co and we can find a solution. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
Sizing and Fit
If you’re unsure about apparel sizing and fit, please refer to the size charts listed in each item’s product description.
Mislabeled Items
Occasionally, a clothing item is mislabeled. If this happens, please contact us at hello@fluxx.co and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the mislabeled item and your order number. We will issue a refund or replace your item with the correct size! We require photos and the order number to initiate the refund/replacement process.
Damaged and Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong product. Claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Send claims or concerns to hello@fluxx.co and include photos of the damaged, defective, or misprinted items and your order number. We require photos and the order number to initiate the return (claims) process.
Refunds
Most items on Fluxx Co are made to order, so we generally offer refunds if you received the wrong item, damaged, defective, or misprinted item(s). There are always exceptions so please reach out. For damaged/wrong items, contact us directly at hello@fluxx.co within 14 days with photos of the wrong or damaged items and we’ll sort it out for you. We will be in touch once we’ve received the claim. If the claim is legit, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is not recognized by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
